कथा
For thirteen days leading up to the full moon of Shravan, ornate swings of gold, silver and fresh vines are hung in temple courtyards across Vrindavan. The deities of Radha and Krishna are placed upon them and gently swung by the priests amid kirtan, while the monsoon rains green the whole of Braj. Banke Bihari's Jhulan is among the most beloved sights of the season.
